The ARCUS holiday home is one of the four towers that forms the castle of Macerino, located 650 meters above sea level, on a mountain peak that is two-thirds covered by lushious pine forest. The re-designing of the home was done with professionalism and respect foe the preceding characteristics of arches, curves and niches made in rose stone. It is a thousand year old building with tortuous alley-ways and wonderful doorways that highlight mrdieval particularities which are unique and interesting.

ARCUS offers 66 sleeping places divided into 14 fully furnished apartments each composed of a dining room with a fire place, a cooking corner, one or two bedrooms and a bathroom, all accessorised with socket television, bed linen and with central heating. One apartament is also specially equipped for the disabled.

The ARCUS holiday home is open all year round. In the vicinity there is a restaurant specializing in Umbrian cusine and speciality of truffles. It is possible to cycle, walk or house-ride along the perfumed forest that sorround Macerino and relieve sensations of the past. There are also organized walks, that follow a prearranged itinerary, on the Mounts of Martani or organized cycling trips following the itinerary of Valserra Park.

Near Macerino, is situated the Rifugio di Macerino, open all year round. Offers 24 sleeping places divided into 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and one kitchen and a dinning room. It is for groups or single tourists. The Rifugio belongs to the trekking route of monti Martani.
